Day 30: What have I learned about myself in the past 30 days?
Just bear with the fact that I'm a day behind. I will eventually get through the 30 days, it will just take me longer than 30 days!
I have never been one to regret things that I have done because I think it is waste and there isn't much I can do about something once the choices have been made. The above picture was taken during a particularly hard time in my life. You can't see it too well from the picture, but I had lost about 15 pounds, I was sick a lot, and I just didn't enjoy life anymore...and it showed. I regret that I let myself get to this point, but it was the darkness I had to walk through before finding some peace and light. A few weeks later, God brought Aaron back into my life and so things really turned around for me. I am glad that I went through what I did, and I pray that my life never reaches that point of hopelessness again. Thankfully I have a faithful God who brought me out of the shadows and into the sun :)
