Quick Update

• Still no date, but maybe this week? eh, who knows...
• We have someone to bake our cake (we're going to have red velvet, yum yum!)
• Bought the invitations from Michael's
• Bought some of the material for my dress and patterns (my mom is using coupons to buy all the fabric)
• Bought a cake topper
• Registered for tuxes/picked out a basic idea of what Aaron wants
  
• Registered at Bed, Bath, & Beyond
  
• Took Aaron's ring to be sized

Despite the fact that we have no major details finalized, we have, however, accomplished a lot this week. Each week we're slowly checking things off the main wedding list. This upcoming week we're hoping to...

• Talk to the minister at my church and make him aware that we would like to ask a different minister to perform our ceremony
• Ask the other minister if he is willing/available to do the wedding
• Meet with the baker
• Register at Wal-Mart, our last place of registry
• Finalize the guest list
• Finalize the wording on the invitations
• Finalize a caterer/reception venue and ultimately have a date, November 15 is looking like a likely candidate
• Begin pricing and decide on favors and centerpieces

We shall see what all gets done :)
